$10 flat rate shipping within Australia. Items are shipped via Australia Post within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Many of our items are made to order so please allow 3 weeks for us to sew your item. If you have a special event, email us so we can do our best to meet the deadline. If you require express shipping please email us and we'll do our best to help you out. Transit time can range from 1 to 14 business days depending upon your location in Australia.
We charge a $25 flat rate for international orders. Transit time for international shipments is 2-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges.

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Please contact us prior to returning item. Returns must be delivered to us within 10 days of when the item(s) was received. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. No returns on pre-order, customised or made to order purchases, unless swapping a size, which much be returned within 10 days. There may be a wait involved for the size needed, if there is fabric left. Fabric may not be re-ordered so please choose size carefully. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed. In cases of loss or breakage, repair, replacement or refund will be offered according to circumstances. Please note that there are no exchanges or refunds on sale items.
